General Comments

ITS for 17 (trip hazards greater than 1/2" offset from holes for ladders), 16 door in fitness area self-close, self-latch or audible alarm and 54" latch height on outside gate at back left side), 21 (pool light). When outdoor pool is opened a visit will have to be made for 'Night Swimming' (before dawn or after dusk) to ensure lighting is sufficient to illuminate deck, safety features, drains, etc. Contact Marie Daley at 704-507-6806 when opening outdoor pool section for visit to confirm lighting. Did not verify drain covers in outdoor pool because covered at time of inspection. Operator stated no changes have been made. 22) Emergency phone for inside was replaced with outdoor pool phone (currently covered and closed). Will ensure outdoor pool phone is replaced and operating at return visit. Outdoor "Pool Closed" sign posted during inspection.
