General Comments
Inspection conducted with Teresa Bostic. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the aquatics coordinator. Paddock drain covers need a yearly inspection between April 2020 and April 2021. Have covers inspected and provide copy of inspection results to Environmental Health prior to the end of April 2021. Facility already has plans to have these inspected. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
