General Comments

General Comment: Emergency phone had excessive static. Emergency operator was still audible and able to confirm address and phone number. Consider new phone. General Comment: Employee initially denied entry to pump room due to the fact that Environmental Health Staff was not "PPO" certified. Advised that Public Health staff has rite of entry to regulated facilities. Access was eventually granted. Advised that denying access to pump room on future visits will result in immediate permit suspension. Both Public Health staff present were/are CPO certified.
