.2539(c) All pools, prior to permit issuance, shall provide documentation to the Department to verify suction outlet safety compliance. Observed PDSC information for the feature and the filtration main drains do not match. PDSC forms state Aquastar A10, however in the wading pool observed Paramount SDX2’s for both. Resubmit PDSC forms to the department fro approval prior to permit issuance. Permit Denial. |
