GENERAL COMMENTS: 0 DEMERITS TAKEN Observed no equalizer lines on the wading pool. The PDSC form is stating that there are 2 aquastar A10RCFR equalizer lines. Also the pump is stating that the unit is at 1HP, and the PDSC form is stating that it is 1/2 HP. Send in the correct PDSC form to Katie Wilson for review and approval before a permit can be issued.
