General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Jeremy Laurer. Some wall tiles missing. Prior to 2025 pool permit being issued, will need to replace missing wall tiles. Permit condition that pump must be set at maximum speed, 3450 RPM to meet turnover. Observed pump set at 3000 RPM. - Corrected. Pool with Vac-Alert SVRS. System must be tested at least monthly and recorded in log book. Recommend installing a valve on piping to make testing easier. CPO had to get in pool with rubber mat to test today. Verified in-field plan review items: 4 skimmers plugged per state guidelines. 7 returns Main drain, skimmer, return lines appear to be 4” piping. Pentair TR140C Filter. Permit issued. No Night Swimming.
