General Comments

NOTE: On site pre-permit inspection verification. Observed the Feature main drains, the distance between 2 set of drains is not at least 36” apart. The pump has a suction alter attached to it. PIC cannot verified or tested if the suction hazard is working properly. PERMIT RESTRICTION: THE FEATURE PUMP HAS TO REMAIN OFF (NOT IN USED AT ANY TIME) UNTIL THE SUCTION HAZARD HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND RESOLVED. The facility has one week (until 5/24/2023) to resolve the issue. David will call Ponpasert (704-617-9777) for verification. If issue is not resolved, permit action maybe taken. David Johnson present during inspection.
