General CommentsInspection conducted with Jacob Wilks. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Incorrect skimmer lids installed. Install securely fitting skimmer lids designed to fit that skimmer model. Note: Data plate on filtration pump states it is a Pentair Challenger CHII-NI-3FE pump, pump has been verified as a CHII-NI-1F pump. Observed 1 HP motor for pump. Pressure guage reading < 5 PSI. .2519(k) Provide operational pressure gauge on filter. Flow meter heavily worn, installed between two elbows. Recommend installing a new flow meter per manufacturer's instructions and capable of measuring within 10% of true flow. Permit issued. No night swimming. “Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
