Inspection conducted with Jacob Wilks, Landon Wiese, and George Mulligan. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Verified PDSC information. Observed unlabeled Pentair Challenger pump with 1 HP motor. Flow meter numbering heavily worn. Recommend replacing. Permit issued. No night swimming. “Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
