General Comments

Ensure Main Drains, pH, and Chlorine levels are checked and recorded everyday the pool is open. Total Alkalinity and Cyanuric Acid (if used) levels must be checked and recorded once a week. These tests must be done with the liquid test kits to be valid for inspection. Observed PDSC form to read that the main drains are Aquastar 12MF101. Due to the riser ring and the shape of the holes around the center piece, it may be a Aquastar P12101. C. Elmore will follow up. When permit is isssued, post permit up in public view.
