.2528(a) Diagonal members on fence and/or gate shall not exceed 1.75 inches. .2528(a) Maintain 2" or less under fence and/or gate (post-May 2010). Screw missing from bottom horizontal that attached it to the main support post next to gate on the parking lot side. Missing screw allowed lower horizontal to lifted and separated greater than 5" from the bottom and more than 2" between diagonals. CDI- CPO repaired the fencing immediately.
.2528(a) Maintain 45" between bottom horizontal and next horizontal on fence and/or gate (post-May 2010). Electrical supports and posts located directly outside of the fence around the perimeter of the fence creating footholds and decreasing the 45" between horizontals. Pool was constructed pre-2010. |
