GENERAL COMMENTS: NO POINTS TAKEN. There was no specification on the PDSC form for the model number on the pump. Allie Neal stated that the model number was 011018, but that was incorrect. The model number on the pump is 011012. Katie Wilson will add the model number to the existing PDSC form. The facility does not require a lifeguard. It does have a daily operator to routinely check chemicals and other pool related issues. The facility operates from dusk til dawn. No night swimming allowed. The state permit number is 2060501227, and the local permit number is 18-600410.
