General Comments

EHS verified the following are in place in response to a pump change at the facility. PERMIT RESTRICTION: FLOW METER MUST REMAIN OPERABLE. FLOW SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT 82 TO 90 GPM TO MEET TURNOVER AND FLOW RESTRICTION OF SKIMMER SUCTION LINE. Pentair IntellifloVSF, 011056 pump installed. FloVis flow meter installed on 2” line meeting flow restriction above (flow meter should look like the picture). Main drain 4”; Skimmer line 2.5”; Return 3” line into the floor with a 2” pipe that leads into it. (2) Waterway 640-4720 main drains VGB2008 EQ lines plugged in skimmer (1) Pentair TR140C filter 13 returns 3 skimmers NIGHT SWIMMING NOT PERMITTED.
