Permit denial and Q status issued for chlorine levels at 0.2ppm and emergency phone sign address not matching with what 911 had in system. Correct all items and contact main office at 980-314-1620 and pay $100 for reinspection fee. No night swimming Note: Door leading to pool deck not self-latching and has no audible alarm. If wanting to put glass in kitchen doors must be made to self-latch self close. Inspection conducted with CPO Pierce Sawyer.
