Permit not issued due to main drain covers present in pool not on pdsc form. CPO was Alex. Pool also added new flow meter. Requires 5% flow meter for 2026.Permit Restriction: Flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall not exceed 170 gpm due to drain cover flow restriction. Suction Hazard.. All restricts were met. PERMIT not issued CPO didn’t sign because CPO went to verify if pool at a different location was ready for inspection that was scheduled several weeks ago.
