The following pump information was observed in the field: - Feature pump: Pentair 011013 - Intelliflo VS3050 - Serial # 03322690802591 - Filtration pump: Pentair 011012 - Intelliflo WFINT - Serial # 0332254070168B Submit updated PDSC forms to health department (Katie.Rudisill@mecklenburgcountync.gov) by Friday, April 28th. Updated forms must include correct pump model numbers and flow requirements. Permit will be suspended if forms are not received by required date. NIGHT SWIMMING NOT PERMITTED.
