.2528(a) Ground level windows shall not open greater than 4" on to pool deck or child protected by audible alarm. EHS could not access pool club house because pool operator does not have access. EHS instructed PIC Steven Eddings to ensure windows meet rules as listed in 15A NCAC 18A .2528(a).
