Observed drain covers appear to be 2008 with teal dots in center. PIC stated drain covers appeared to be 2008. PDSC form states covers approved were 2017. Per H. McIntosh, due to uncertainty of color of dot, approval of permit with these observed installed covers is approved. Night Swimming not permitted.
