General Comments

.2530(a) Emergency phone shall remain operable. 911 operator indicated today that volume on the phone was very low, and there was difficulty hearing inspector on the other end. CPO was advised that phone is operating, but ensure that volume is corrected. .2528(a) Ground level doors shall be self-closing, self-latching or child protected by audible alarm. Door leading from restroom hallway does have a self closing device and audible alarm. However, alarm was not working correctly today. CPO began working on it during inspection.

Ensure that new sign has exact lettering and phasing prior to posting.
