Observed incorrect Model number for pump and main drian covers on PDSC form. Permit will not be issued until updated PDSC form is completed, submitted and approved by MCHD. Current pump model is EQ 1000-3PH and main drain cover is PADDOCK 2424 PCFC. Once permit issued, it will be available at meckpools.charmeck.orgObserved lights not working. Pool operator stated there was no night swimming.
