Phone operation was confirmed during visit. Phone needed three tries to reach 911, operates by auto dialing. Able to reach 911 within 30 seconds of pick up. Operator stated that a work order has already been placed to repair phone, as well that there are phones located in the apartment lobby which is open during pool operation.
