Verified the pump. Main drains and equalizers do not reflect what is stated on the current PDSC form. Resubmit a new PDSC form with the current changes. Shelton, CPO present during the inspection. Night swimming is not permitted.

In addition, PDSC states 4 equalizers, however during the inspection equalizers are no longer on the pool walls. CPO stated that the pool was just plastered, so it appears the equalizer holes on the wall were plastered. Ensure that all skimmer equalizer lines are plugged and stated on the new PDSC form. Submit a new PDSC form to the health department. Permit Denial issued.
