General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Daniel Robertson. Operator refused to sign for inspection. Observed most items from previous inspection corrected. Facility passed electrical inspection and in-field plan review for new pump. New PDSC form approved. Observed deck and coping damaged. Maintain coping in good condition, maintain deck with no gaps or offsets > 1/2 inch. Outer rope on ring buoy and throw rope starting to fray, before next pool season recommend replacing with new US Coast Guard approved ring buoy with attached 36 foot throw rope at least 1/4 inches in diameter. New permit condition. Flow meter must remain operable and read between 90 GPM and 141 GPM which is the limitation of the filter. Pre-permit inspection did not pass. 7) 24) Will need to call our office (980) 314-1620 to pay $100 re-inspection fee prior to rescheduling a pre-permit inspection.
