ADDRESS ON POOL HOUSE AND SIGNAGE IS 12475 LIVENGOOD LANE. 911 OPERATOR CONFIRMED ADDRESS 911 HAS IS 12475 LIVENGOOD LANE PER SR EHS KATIE RUDISELL, POOL CPO MUST CONTACT PHONE COMPANY AND HAVE ADDRESS CHANGED TO 12725 LIVENGOOD LANE, AS IT DISPLAYS IN POLARIS BECAUSE 911 USES POLARIS. 911 WILL AUTOMATICALLY THEN RECEIVE THE ADDRESS UPDATE FROM THE PHONE COMPANY.
