NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #16 - Observed back gate with chain and lock. Latch is 54 inches. Operator removed lock to test gate. Gate was self closing but was not latching. CDI Operator fixed gate to be self latching. Operator stated they would put their own lock on gate and that it will remain locked throughout season. .2537(b) All gates and doors shall be self-closing, self-latching. PDSC information verified. No night swimming.
