13 - General Comment: Contrasting color band >1" from edge of step/bench. Maintain 1" or less between contrasting band (tiles) and edge. Given until 2016 to repair. Permit will not be issued next season unless repaired. Note: No back-up chlorinator on system. Salt system installed. Advise putting back-up chlorinator on system if operating below 60 F. VGB Paperwork incorrect. Aquastar 1216 on md and 6HPxxx on walls. Resubmit paperwork for approval. Permit will not be issued until PDSC form submitted and approved.
