CPO Mike was present during the inspection. Night swimming is not approved. EQ lines have been verified to be plugged per state recommendation as noted on updated PDSC form. Posted number on emergency phone dials to hotel front desk. Per CPO Mike the desk is always staffed. Per Sr. REHS Rudisill this has been approved.
