.2530(a) Emergency notification systems must provide 24 hr monitoring, be capable of routing calls to 911, and be able to electronically transfer Automatic Number and Locator Identification for the phone. Call placed today to 911 via KingsIII system, and operator advising connecting call to 911 but call was dropped. CDI- call was placed again, and connecting call was successful. Ensure that KingsIII personnel are able to effectively connect emergency calls.
