Observed cracks/uneven small portions of concrete on deck in a few areas. These offsets do not warrant permit denial, but shall be addressed as soon as possible and repaired completely by next pool season. |

No lifegaurd on duty sign missing at time of inspection. CPO was able to retrieve the missing sign with 4 inch lettering from the pump room. CPO installed sign which met the permitting requirement. |
