.2528(a) Ground level windows shall not open greater than 4" on to pool deck or child protected by audible alarm. Observed that ground level windows slide open more than 4 inches on to the pool deck. CDI PO put nails in window so they do not slide open at all.
2528(a) Access gates shall swing away from the pool and be self-latching, self-closing unless an attendant AND lifeguard are present.
Observed the Access gate at gazebo does not self close or self-latch. The gate is off the hinges. |
