Permit has not been issued. The information on the PDSC sheet was incorrect. The following is what they have installed: -The 2 pumps that are installed are Starite MPEAG6L (2 HP) and a Pentair Whisperflo WFE 208 (2 HP) -4 aquastar 4hp’s and 1 waterway 640-801 or 640-803 - 2 aquastar WAV9WR installed for main drains An in field-plan review needs to be sent to Katie Wilson. Permit will not be issued until the form is approved.
