Information on PDSC forms and the following permit restrictions verified during today’s inspection: Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 43 gpm to 63 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the equalizer line cover. Suction Hazard. Flow greater than 100 gpm exceeds the main drains. Suction Hazard. ***Pool not authorized for night swimming due to inoperable light inside pool. Additional visit will be made to verify repairs prior to night swimming approval. Contact EHS at 980-301-3564 once repairs are completed. Priority items corrected during today’s inspection by CPO Doug Timmons. CPO #15597995 Permit issued.
