Observed gate leading to splash pad was not self-closing when gate was not opened wide (about 12 inches). CDI - the hindge spring was adjusted during the inspection so the gate was self-closing. The self closing hindge spring will need replacing before the end of the season. .2537(b) All gates and doors shall be self-closing, self-latching. |
