General Comments

When KINGS III phone call was made and connected to 9-1-1, after verifying address and phone number with 9-1-1, line did not disconnect immediately and red Dot was blinking on box. When EHS tried to call number back a busy tone was reached. After about 7 minutes line finally dropped and EHS could call box successfully. CPO called KINGS III and operator stated 9-1-1 had hung up incorrectly. Test and monitor phone. MAIN DRAIN NOT OPERABLE. TURNOVER THROUGH SKIMMERS. NIGHT SWIMMING NOT PERMITTED
