.2537(b) All gates and doors shall be self-closing, self-latching.- Observed back gate “Exit only” sign posted. It is magnetic gate, it will come close to magnet when swing open, and depending on direction and way, it may latch completely. And this case it doesn’t latch more than half of the time. It didn’t close completely as it should, left access to the pool. This gate shall be repaired and ensure it works properly in timely manner. |
