.2537(2) Decks shall be kept free of trip hazards or offsets greater than 1/2" due to deterioration or changes from original deck profile.
Observed entire perimeter of the deep end of the pool with a deck that has offsets of greater than 1/2". The cracks are running anywhere between 1/2" to 3/4". This was corrected and concrete was added to create a smooth slope to prevent a trip hazard. Recommend having the pool perimeter (especially around the deep end and sides) re-surfaced or re-plastered to create a smooth flat surface to prevent trip hazards. |

Observed emergency phone not properly operating. The 911 dispatcher was unable to hear the operator. This was corrected and a new phone was installed. The phone call went through and was able to verify the address and phone number with the dispatcher. |
