EHS verified 5% flow meter has been installed and approved. Flow meter was showing the correct GPM reading and had the proper pipe lengths. PERMIT RESTRICTION: Flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall not exceed 500 GPM due to drain Cover Flow restriction. Suction hazard. Main drain covers expire: 05/01/2029 Equalizer covers expire: 05/09/2029
