Steve Prevatte was present during the inspection. ***Equalizer covers and main drain covers expire October 2018. Once covers have been replaced, a new PDSC form must be submitted NO POINTS ISSUED: #2. Observed the chloring concentration was very high. Recommend keeping chlorine concentration above 1ppm, but less than 10ppm. .
