General CommentsInspection conducted with Barry Michael. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Equalizer lines plugged with expanded foam insulation. This is not an acceptable solution. Remove expanded foam and either fill with cement or cap with a plug per state guidelines. Permit issued. No night swimming. “Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
