General CommentsPermit Restriction: Flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall not exceed 380 gpm due to drain Cover Flow restriction. Suction Hazard. Night Swimming is NOT permitted. Note: EHS observed disabled equalizers within pool (I.E. plastered over and creating no suction.) However, equalizer lines within skimmers are not covered or plugged; CPO is to send verification of equalizer lines within skimmers being plugged within 10 days or pool permit will be suspended. EHS observed multiple clerical errors within PDSC form submitted on 5/8/2026 (I.E. listing skimmer number at 10 instead of actual 12, stating that pool was constructed post May 1, 2010, as opposed to actual construction date 5/1/2002.)
