.2539(c) All pools, prior to permit issuance, shall provide documentation to the Department to verify suction outlet safety compliance. Observed pool mgt Company submitted incorrect PDSC form. Where 10 skimmers had been previously plugged, have now been fitted this season with New Aquastar 6 HPXXX OR 6 HPHAXXX VGBA-2017 equalizers. Based on field calculations, these will be accepted Provisionally that a new PDSC for is submitted immediately and approved. Failure to provide and or receive approval will necessitate a return visit to suspend permit until corrected.
