6 - Step located above WAV18WRxxx drain covers cut to approx. 4" above drain cover. Per manufacturer specifications, drain covers requires at least 2" above cover to provide uniform flow. Note - Pool plaster at zero entry appears dark. Not approved by department prior to installation. Provide Light Reflectance Value (LRV). May require repair prior to 2021 operating season. Note - New playground area gate does not meet code requirements. Perimeter fence around playground meets fencing code. Playground area outside of required deck spacing. Permit issued for no night swimming. Permit Restriction - Deck cover located underneath lifeguard stand offset >1/2". Lifeguard stand must remain present over cover at all times pool is operational. Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order. No signature due to COVID-19 restrictions. Jessica Martin present during inspection.
