pool failed pre-permit inspection due to three issues. Emergency phone did not work. No dial tone. PDSC form showed 4 equalizer/skimmers, pool actually had 5. A depth marker was missing. To re-apply for a pool inspection correct the above issues, including updating the PDSC form. Pay $100.00 dollar re-visit fee.
