General Comments

Inspection conducted with Jacob Wilks and Landon Wiese. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Valve handle missing for vacuum line. Provide functional valves with handles. Backstroke flag poles not installed. Ensure that poles are installed or deck anchors are covered prior to opening the pool. Bonding wire runs across the pump room floor. Recommend routing under door threshold to eliminate trip hazard. Some lights burned out in pump room. Recommend replacing non-functioning bulbs. Verified PDSC information. Permit issued. No night swimming. “Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
