Observed only gate into pool not self latching. CDI- Operator applied lubricant to gate and raised gate slightly to allow self closure.
Observed only gate to pool deck swings toward pool. Grade of concrete may impeded swinging away from pool. However, gate appears to be able to be raised easily. Made recommendation after speaking with C. Sells for latch to be moved to other side of gate and gate to be raised to allow for swinging away from pool. Permit to be issued today. |
