.2528(a) Gate latches located at less than 54" shall require the use of key, combination lock or card reader or be located on the inside of the gate at least three inches below the top of the gate with no greater than 1/2" within 18" of latch mechanism. Observed a 1.5 inch gap between the opening of the gate and 7 inches to the safety release bar. CPO was able to correct during inspection by installing metal signs to close the gap. |
