Observed area of fence next to front gate with 5-6 inch gap from grade. Observed main front gate at 47” from grade. CDI- PO raised gate height to 48”.Observed restroom hall door from clubhouse to pool and main front gate not self closing or self latching consistently. PO had both adjusted and were observed to be closing and latching properly. |
