General Comments

Permit Restriction: Flow meter must remain operable. VFD installed. Flow required at 320 gpm to 380 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the drain cover. Suction Hazard. Inspection completed with Zachary Womack. No longer doing night swimming. Facility was unable to provide working set of key fobs to club house and unable to ensure doors were self closing self latching or with audible alarm.
