Address of pool is 7925 Forest Pine Dr., EHS conducted a test of emergency phone and 911 dispatcher stated she could see on her map that address provided was correct, however, the address she had on file was 7924 Forest Pine Dr. EHS spoke to Supervisor who stated permit could be issued due to 911 being able to verify address was correct on map. Reagents in pool test kit are expired. Replace expired reagents with new reagents.
