POOL HAS A GATE THAT SWINGS INTO THE POOL AREA INSTEAD OF AWAY. CPO STATES THAT THIS IS DUE TO REQUIREMENT BY FIRE CODE AS THIS GATE IS A PATIO EGRESS. PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OF THIS TO C. ELMORE SO IT CAN BE NOTED IN THE POOL FILE. POOL HAS NOT PASSED INSPECTION. CORRECT THE ITEMS LISTED IN THE INSPECTION REPORT AND WHEN THESE ITEMS ARE CORRECTED, CONTACT MECKLENBURG COUNT HEALTH DEPARTMENT AT 980-314-1620 AND REQUEST A RE-INSPECTION OF THIS POOL. A $100.00 RETURN VISIT FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE A NEW INSPECTION WILL BE PERFORMED “issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120, 138, 141 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” NO SIGNATURE WAS OBTAINED DUE TO COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING.
